Coatings were obtained by vacuum electro-spark alloying (VESA), pulsed cathodic arc evaporation (PCAE), magnetron sputtering (MS) techniques and VESA-PCAE-MS hybrid technology using Cr3C2–NiAl electrodes. The structure of the coatings was analyzed using scanning and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. Mechanical properties were determined by nanoindentation, while tribological properties were assessed using pin-on-disk tribometer. Corrosion resistance was estimated by voltammetry in 1 N H2SO4 and 3.5%NaCl solutions. Oxidation resistance tests were performed at 800°С in air. The VESA coating had the highest thickness, low friction coefficient and high wear resistance. PCAE coating demonstrated the highest hardness (24 GPa) and elastic recovery (59%), oxidation resistance and superior corrosion resistance both in 1 N H2SO4 (icorr = 70 μА/cm2) and 3.5%NaCl (icorr = 0.74 μА/cm2) solutions. The MS coating had average mechanical properties and low corrosion current density (71 μА/cm2) in 1 N H2SO4. Deposition of coatings using VESA-PCAE-MS hybrid technology led to an increase in corrosion and oxidation resistance at least by 1.5 times in comparison with the VESA coating.  相似文献

We compare the current density–voltage (JV) and magnetoconductance (MC) response of a poly(3-hexyl-thiophene) (P3HT) device (Au/P3HT(350 nm)/Al) before and after annealing above the glass transition temperature of 150 °C under vacuum. There is a decrease of more than 3 orders of magnitude in current density due to an increase of the charge injection barriers after de-doping through annealing. An increase, approaching 1 order of magnitude, in the negative MC response after annealing can be explained by a shift in the Fermi level due to de-doping, according to the bipolaron mechanism. We successfully tune the charge injection barrier through re-doping by photo-oxidation. This leads to the charge injection and transport transitioning from unipolar to ambipolar, as the bias increases, and we model the MC response using a combination of bipolaron and triplet-polaron interaction mechanisms.  相似文献

The oxidation in air of Si3N4-based ceramics containing 35 vol.% of TiN secondary phase and different amounts of sintering additives has been studied at different temperatures up to 1400 °C in dry or humid environment. The oxidation starts by crystal growth of TiO2 at the surface, then a multilayered scale develops under the rutile layer from 1000 °C. This subscale is composed of silicon nitride in which TiN particles are oxidized to agglomerates of rutile, glass and pores. The oxidation process is controlled by the matter transports, which take place in the intergranular phase. These transport phenomena are affected by the changes in distribution and composition of the glassy phase and by humidity which modifies the glass network structure and thus the in-diffusion rate. From 1200 °C, Si3N4 grains are also oxidized, the additional glass formed closes the residual porosities yielding scales more compact and developing an autoprotective behavior. At 1400 °C, glass phase crystallizes into cristobalite and the rutile top layer becomes discontinuous. Only composites with low amounts of sinter additives keep an autoprotective oxidation mode.  相似文献

In this work, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) with low substitution degree, followed by different posttreatments, was applied to prepare treelike CMC nanofibrils (CMCNFs) and rodlike CMC nanocrystals (CMCNCs), and their performance in CMC composite film was evaluated simultaneously. From transmission electron microscopy results, it was found that the treelike CMCNCFs exhibited a lager aspect ratio compared to the rodlike CMCNCs. As for reinforcing CMC film, 4 wt% was the best adding amount, at this time, the tensile strength of CMC/CMCNFs and CMC/CMCNCs composite films was increased by 72.1% and 47.3%, respectively. Moreover, adding these nanofillers to CMC also could enhance the thermal stability of composite films slightly, while the transmittance of composite films was reduced at the same time. In addition, CMC/CMCNFs film was designed as a packaging box to determine its performance. Therefore, this study could reveal the differences of properties for composites with different types of nanocellulose and provide a foundation for further application of nanocellulose.  相似文献

The structure and conductivity of hybrid nanocomposite poly(p-xylylene) films containing iron nanoparticles are studied. The films are obtained by the method of polymerization on a surface from the gas phase, and the concentration of the filler is 4 and 11 vol %. According to the analysis of microphotographs of nanostructures obtained by transmission electron microscopy, the particles are distributed evenly (with a size in the nanometer range and a rather narrow distribution). Studies of the frequency dependence of conductivity show that the transport of the charge carriers is realized by the hopping mechanism with a jump length of ~3.5 nm.  相似文献
